The Opportunity
ΝΑΙRealAct is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Valuation & Advisory team as a Junior Valuer.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of property valuations
- Support the drafting of client presentations, valuation reports and supporting documentation
- Perform market research
- Liaise with external stakeholders for data collection and clarifications
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal procedures
Professional Experience and Qualifications
- University Graduate in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Finance / Economics or related fields. A postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language; written, verbal & presentation skills.
